A recent addition to the excellent golf courses at the Gleneagles Resort, the PGA
Centenary course is quite different in style from the neighbouring
King's
or Queen's courses. This monster course is 7,088 yards from the back markers which makes it
the longest inland golf course in Scotland.
The PGA Centenary course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and will be host to the Ryder
Cup in 2014. Nicklaus described the area as 'The finest parcel of land in the world
I have ever been given to work with.'
You can enjoy wonderful views from every hole while working out how to best to play
this demanding layout.
