Craigielaw is one of the newer golf courses in the East Lothian area and is an excellent
addition to the links courses around it. The course is managed in a traditional
fashion with minimal watering.
The land is quite flat but the golf course remains a challenge for all levels of
golfer. The greens have been styled to conform to US PGA recommendations. They
are hard, fast and true and each is defended by a number of bunkers. The pin positions
can also prove tricky for recording a good score.
